Kayla studied Business Administration and graduated with honours at Saskpolytech, where she advananced her prior knowledge and eight years experience in the administrative field. In 2020, she started her new path in the Real Estate industry. She feels Real Estate is the perfect fit for her as a career path, to combine her interior design and photography passions and administrative background all into one. Passionate about home design and exceptional customer service Kayla has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her team's expectations.

Born and raised in Regina, Kayla knows the in’s and out’s of the city and provides knowledge of the areas and communities that this wonderful city has to offer. When Kayla isn’t behind a desk helping make your home ownership dreams come true, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends playing board games and watching her favourite tv shows. Brandon Kayter is a small-town boy at heart, with a work ethic to prove it. His time growing up in rural Saskatchewan and being raised by entrepreneurial parents has given him a strong sense of community & customer service. His previous hockey career programmed him to always be a team-focused person. He couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Bendz Real Estate Group.; Brandon brings a sense of energy and focus to his clients ensuring they receive the ultimate buying or selling experience. Brandon enjoys swinging clubs at golf courses all around the province, is a huge fishing enthusiast with his own outdoors brand and brings a background in digital marketing — which is an asset to his clients. Having grown up in Regina, Ciara appreciates the charm that makes the Queen City what it is. She initially began working in the housing industry in property management, where she discovered her love for helping others, all while offering an exceptional customer service experience. Now, she looks after all of our transactions to ensure our agents can provide our clients with exceptional experiences that simplify the real estate process from start to finish.

Ciara has a deep-rooted love for all things tech and creativity and a passion for photography. In addition, she is pursuing a BA in English Honours, bringing a unique blend of creativity and communication skills to the team.

Born and raised in Regina, Steve Becker has deep roots in Saskatchewan and a lifelong connection to the Qu’Appelle Valley. Growing up at Katepwa Lake and now calling Pasqua Lake home, Steve understands the lifestyle, communities, and value that make this region so special.

Before stepping into real estate, Steve spent 14 years working in Alberta’s oil patch, where he built a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure. He later returned to Saskatchewan and successfully owned and operated a trucking company—gaining firsthand experience in business, negotiation, and delivering results. These experiences shaped Steve into a highly reliable, team-oriented professional who knows how to get things done.

Today, as a member of the Bentz Real Estate Group, Steve brings that same dedication and real-world experience to every client he works with. Whether buying or selling, his approach is straightforward, honest, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome.

Outside of real estate, Steve is a passionate outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time on the water.
